I subscribed and Im still not getting the premium features. Very unhappy camper!

SO many new and delicious recipes everyday. I love how you can search for recipes in so many different ways. Got leftover broccoli? Just search broccoli. Need a new desert for the pot luck? Just search deserts. I did have some issues logging in once I subscribed but the support team took care of me quickly and got me on my way of book marking a ton of recipes.

I subscribed and it still wont allow me access to the paid recipes. Even during the trial period (which Im still in), I still cannot access any of the recipes.

Purchased a monthly subscription on June 17, 2016. I didnt receive full access to this app.

I have never had an app ask me to subscribe then not actually give me the content Im now paying for. Looks like a great app but thats pretty annoying. Hopefully they fix the bug.

I love this app! I too had trouble with paying and the app not showing content but I emailed them and it was fixed right away. I have so many recipes bookmarked. I love this app!!

I download the app and initially had difficulty accessing the premium features after I subscribed. I sent an email to support, actually thinking Id never hear from anyone. Surprisingly I got an instant reply and my access was fixed and YAY vegan recipes! :)

I paid for the premium upgrade, hoping to immediately be able to access the full recipes. Other than that, the app looks promising. Sent a message to the app admins. Will hopefully be able to access full features and revise this rating. Updated: The admin responded within a day, fixed a password issue and I was able to access the full app. Great recipes, great resource!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! these are recipes you could find online for free this was an absolute waste of time. YouTube is a better source for vegan support and recipes THE VEGAN ACTIVIST Paid the 20 bucks to get access to all the recipes I could probably just google and it is asking me to subscribe again even like i never even paid. Customer service still hasnt gotten back to me. If it werent for a good cause and the fact they have my money and plan to recharge me automatically I would delete and forget this app!!!!!! UPDATE: they finally got back to me and refused to assist me with getting a refund.

I downloaded the app today and signed up for the subscription however I still wasnt being allowed subscriber access. I emailed the developers and they promptly resolved my issue. App is working great. Thanks!

Everything about this app is simply amazing! The recipes are to die for, and customer service is over the top! Theyre quick and super friendly!! Ive been recommending this app to everyone I know!!! Keep up the good work you guys :)

I downloaded the free version, which supposedly offers access to 500 recipes. Well, good luck finding them! There is no free recipe section. There is no free indicator on any recipe I found. Every recipe I clicked on provided a list of ingredients and nothing else. I would have considered purchasing but now I am so annoyed by this bait and switch that I will never give these people any money. Save yourself the annoyance.

Finally one place I can go and get an array of vegan recipes. The tech support was amazing when I was unable to log in to my account. They were friendly, genuinely cared about helping me and didnt give up until I was able to log in. Keep up the great work One Green Planet and thank you so much for creating this app :)

The bookmark feature doesnt work properly. I bookmark a recipe and later when I go to retrieve it, the recipe is not there. I dont mind paying for an app., but I do expect the features to work properly. I wouldnt suggest a subscription unless they can get the app. running flawlessly.

I really tried and tried to give this app a chance and emailed admin for assistance but nothing worked. I paid for it almost 2 weeks ago and yet I still do not have access to it. They suggested some fixes but none of them have worked and their time to respond hasnt been great either. I had hope for this one but no more. My only question is, how do I get my money back?

This is my favourite food app. It has everything you need. I asked the admin to add a notes feature to each recipe and they immediately replied and were open to my suggestion. Im going to throw out all my cookbooks, the have sauce stains all over them anyway!!!!!
